Yes. In Australia, electronic approvals are valid under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999. SnapChange keeps a timestamped record of exactly what your customer saw and agreed to.
Do I have to change my invoicing software? +
No. SnapChange captures the variation and gets it signed; you invoice your usual way. It is not another system to migrate onto.
Does it handle GST? +
Yes. Prices in AUD, GST added automatically (toggle in settings). The total your customer approves is the total inc GST.
What if I lose my phone? +
Any variation you have already sent is safe: the signed copy lives with your customer, in whatever email or text you sent it through, and on the approval link itself. It is only unsent drafts sitting on your device that would go with the phone. Cloud backup is next on the list. In the meantime, email or text yourself the link on anything that matters.
